You can review this Business and help others by leaving a comment. I had previously taken it 3 times so I had to wait 6 months to take it again. This was not my first time taking the exam. I decided to take the test and last Monday I'm proud to say I passed my test with a 77. I took all her practiced test and on an average I made 80's and one 90. For a month I listened to her videos a couple of hours a day until i finished the course. They changed my class and the following day I recieved the material I needed. When I found out I immidatly emailed them and to my suprise I got a response within minutes. Unfortuneatly instead of signing up for the online course I signed up for the live class.

When I came accross Articias video I listened to it and I noticed that she explained it in a way that I actually understood it and knew what she was talking about. For the past 5 years I have taken on and off on line classes, bought several different mortage programs (CampuCram) and to be honest those did not help me any. In my line of work, we sell land so we are required to have morgage license. I came accross one of Atricia's youtube videos and found it very helpful. If I had the money I would fly to cali just to give you a hug!! So if someone waits till the last minute to contact you for help than apparently their priorities are in the wrong place. take your time off when you need to and you enjoy every minute of it because you deserve it. I know 1,000 people have said it before and there will be thousands more but if it wasn't for Affinity Mastery Level course I would not have passed on my first try!! P.S. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking the time to help prepare people for this rigorous exam. I went from scoring in the 60's to consistently scoring mid 90's. I followed the steps you provided and within a week of studying I immediately began seeing a change and became more confident. Anyone in doubt of who to use to prepare you for the test look no further you found it right here. I researched and research.ed and finally found Affinity and gave it shot and it made a difference.

I was looking for another source that would prepare me for the test because the info that pro schools provided was to broad and didn't focus on the key points that you need to know.

I passed today on my first try and if it wasn't for your mastery level course I would not be where I am today! I literally searched the Internet for 2 weeks straight after I took the pre-licensing class from Pro Schools. Shout out to Artricia Woods from the east coast. Great place for NMLS training and continuing education. Thank you Mrs.Woods you are a Great Instructor thanks for shearing your knowledge with us. But you can’t do that unless you understand the Material. Which allows you to answer the Questions no matter how they ask it. The Difference with Mrs Artricia Woods course is she teaches you the Material. And of course after all the classes I came out knowing Nothing. But they literally said just remember the answer to pass the test. I Passed my Exam!!! Thanks to Artricia Woods and her Mastery course I took my 20hr course with a Different company and the Exam Prep. Anyone and everyone that is looking for a school to help you pass the MLO test, look no more and take this one!!! I took her 20hr class and her test prep class with absolutely no knowledge or experience of Mortgage Loan Origination and passed the test on my first attempt. If you follow every step that it laid out for you in her teachings I am confident you will pass these test. This is the best school to help you obtain your MLO and Real Estate license! Artricia Woods has created a training program that is worth 10X then what you pay for.
